Sphereing in Andalucia
Sphereing is the new adventure activity that has swept the UK and is now here is Spain. Basically you and a friend climb inside a 4m diameter sphere and after you have been strapped in you both roll down a 150m hill head over heels at speeds of up to 50 kilometres per hour!
There are two types of Sphereing:
 Harness Sphereing which is the strapped in version for two people which is more suitable to the adrenalin junkies looking for a once in a lifetime experience
Aqua Sphereing where you are not strapped in and up to three people can simply sit inside the sphere in 30 ltrs of water and you roll down the hill swishing around inside “A bit like being in a washing machine”. Its probably the ultimate water slide.
You may or may not have tried bungee jumping, sky diving, white water rafting and any number of imaginative ways to get from the sky to the ground, but if you are willing to try something radical, completely different from other adventure sports, then you've got to try Sphereing ! You will experience the ride of your life!
Sphereing is suitable for all the family (over 1m high) and there are numerous sites on the Costa Del Sol where you can participate.
