This property comprises of two independent houses and is situated in an elevated position with magnificent views in the village of Arriate in the hamlet of Cimada just 10 km from Ronda and close to the route of the "white villages".

It has a large garden and extensive terraces. Although it is a new construction, the property has been designed in a typically Andalucia style.

La Cantarrana: (sleeps 8) Is ideally suited for families and has a large fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is a comfortably furnished sitting room with a fireplace, television, music center and air conditioning. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms (2 of which are in suite).
In the garden is a 9 x 5 meter swimming pool surrounded by lawns and a covered barbecue terrace

La Casita: (sleeps 4) The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge oven and washing machine. There is a comfortable sitting room with television and air conditioning and two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a 9 x 5 meter swimming pool set in lawns where you can relax in the sun on reclining chairs or sit on the porch in the shade.

Additional information

• Firewood can be provided at 9 euros a night.
• A supplement of 13 euros a night for an additional bed.
• Arrivals after 5 pm and departures before 12 pm unless agreed to the contrary.
• We accept a minimum of seven nights.
• Dogs are not permitted.
• Cleaning service is included once a week.
• Daily cleaning service available upon request at an extra cost.

Our reservation policy requires a 20% deposit of the total when booking and the balance on receipt of the keys. We also require a returnable deposit of 150 euros to cover any damage that may occur during your stay.
