This hotel is a unique concept in Paradores as it is the only golf hotel in the chain. A comfortable, modern and cosy facility with banquet facilities and a lovely dining room, this Parador is right on the edge of the Costa del Sol with an undeveloped stretch of beach right in front of the hotel and a beachside promenade to the right (if you are looking at the hotel towards the sea) that now provides a thoroughly enjoyable walk to nearby Torremolinos. Málaga city is just 10 minutes away.

The 18 course golf course has its own golf academy on site as well as putting and approach greens and rental services for clubs and buggies. After a morning on the course, stop in at the restaurant to let Parador chefs prepare some of Málaga’s best seafood. Try the tradional “Fritura Malagueño” a platter of specially fried seafood usually offering a wide array of fish and shellfish. Seafood soups and stews are also popular with excellent fresh grilled fish as well.

Located near the mouth of the Guadalhorce River and next to the San Julian beach it was constructed in 1928 and officially opened in 1928. It is the oldest golf course and golf complex on the Costa del Sol.

The Golf course was designed by Scottish architect Tom Simpson and redesigned by Robert Trent Jones in 1956.

This is a low rise hotel with rooms in two wings on two floors.   Ground floor bedrooms feature a mini terrace that opens out directly on the golf course. First floor rooms enjoy a balcony.

The complex consists of a set of buildings  arranged in a 'U' around a central garden with swimming pool. The fourth side opens onto the golf course.

There is ample free parking and the proximity to the Malaga Airport (AGP) also makes the Parador de Malaga Golf  a very suitable and interesting airport hotel.
