There is a free weights area as well as an excellent cardiovascular machines room. As well as a good range of classes such as aerobics, step, body conditioning, etc. there is also a heated swimming pool where aqua-exercise classes are on the timetable. There is also a sauna; Jacuzzi and UVA sun treatment available.
