Enjoy the summer!
The south of Spain may be known around the world as a top holiday destination, particularly for beaches and fun in the sun. However, there is always a wide range of activities, events and attractions just waiting for residents and visitors alike.
Highlights this summer are the Peace Cup and the Davis Cup Quarter Finals, but there are a zillion other things to do, see and experience. Here is just a slice of the fun – but keep an eye on this page as it’s sure to grow throughout the summer!

Natura Advantura – adventure sports for older kids in Estepona.
Selwo Marina in Benalmádena – to experience South American marine life.
Selwo Safari Park in Estepona – for a walk on the wild side.

August 29 – Bike ride for all the family leaving and arriving Las Lagunas in Mijas Costa. The group departs at 10.30am, all the family are invited.
Special Events
July 25th at 21:30 Concordia Gala Summer charity gala is hosted at the Hotel Marbella Club to collect funds for the Concordia AIDS charity. Price is 280 Euros per person. Reservations at 670 79 58 96 or 952 78 59 97.
August 22nd and 23rd. 2009 Festival ARTE-SANO, Healing Arts festival, 12 noon to midnight each day. Playa la Salida, Paseo Marítimo de San Pedro de Alcantara.
