There are two bus stations in Seville, both located in the city centre: the Prado de San Sebastian bus station which serves the rest of the Andalucia region and the Plaza de Armas bus station which links Seville to Huelva, other regions of Spain and even to Portugal

T G Comes routes to Atlanterra, Chiclana, Puerto Santa Maria, Rota, La Linea, Jerez, Cadiz
Los Amarillos buses from Sevila (SEVILLA PRADO DE S.S.) to Ronda and other villages in Andalucia These can be searched here, but the Los Amarillos website only returns results for the next two weeks. After this it returns the messge  'No Service' which is not true, it should say 'Sorry we have not publised our timetable for this date yet. Try an earlier date for your trip planning'.   
For Damas buses from Sevilla (SEVILLA PRADO DE S.S.) to Huelva city, resorts on the Huelva coast (Almonte,Cartaya, Isla cristina, La Antilla, Lepe, Matalascañas, Mazagon, Punto Umbria) Aracena, Lisbon, resorts on the Cadiz coast Chipiona, Sanlucar, Ronda, Ubrique, Arcos de la Frontera.
