C.A.S of Nerja
The Costa Animal Society organises many fund raising
events from coach trips to dinners to help finance their work of
rescuing abandoned dogs in the area. There are generally between
20 and 25 dogs in their care dependent on the public giving them
good homes. In May 2001 CAS launched a programme to have neuter
stray cats and to date have sterilised over 200 stray. The Society's
office is open Monday to Saturday from 10 to 13.00. For more information
