Los Alamos Beach Festival, Estepona
Electronic music and dance festival. First edition of this modern dance festival was in 2015 when 20.000 attended at Los Alimos beach in Torremolinos. The festival grew in popularity up to 2017 when the festival outgrew the the site behind the beach east of Torremolinos(Malaga).
In 2018 the beach festival moved to Estepona Recinto Ferial (Esteppna fairground), although located a good kilometre from the beach. The new location increased the capacity, the facilities, the camping and avoided the noise complaints.
In Estepona and extra day was added. Dutch DJ and 'King of Trance' Armin Van Buuren was the first artist to be confirmed. The festival took place from 1st to 5th August 2018. Three stages featured DJs such as such as Martin Garrix, Jamie Jones, Axwell & Ingrosso, Davide Squillace, Kryder, Borgore, Joseph Capriati, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Andrea Oliva, Sander van Door. Camping area provided alongside, however there were many complaints about the facilitied. It was estimated 5.000 atended. Tickets were 42 € festival only or 57 € with camping. The festival returned to Estepona 31st July to 3rd August 2019. In 2020 the festival was cancelled due to covid. There was no anouncements at all about the festival in 2021 nor 2022 so we can assume it is no more.
