Currently these coasts are less developed than the Costa del Sol, although investment is quite rapidly expanding along the Costa de la Luz and the Costa Tropical. Tourism is also increasing to the Costa Almeria.
Many investors are attracted to these areas right now because they are still cheaper than the Costa del Sol and promise to pay off in the long term.
