Re: Advice on winter rental please

Basically Torrox is one of God's waiting rooms, lot's of expat brits here who don't seem to have any ambition other than to sit in local bars and complain all day. Re: Advice on winter rental please

Very true sid. It may effect the market alot. Mind you we have spoken to enough people who either dont care or dont know about the ruling. hopefully it will be inforced because other wise it will just be another case of some people having their cake and eating it. Re: Long Term Car Rental/Lease

If you live near malaga airport alot of the car hire companies allow you to rent longterm but you have to take the care back every 4 weeks (classed as a new rental) or so to be checked over. Wouldnt it be easier just buying a cheap second hand car considering what you are paying out each month in re...

Re: Confusion about NIE/Residency

If you give exactly the same details as before it should come up with your original number. Elusive, have your friends been able to produce non-resident tax returns? They didnt own a property here at that stage beach. They sold up in the uk and moved over to spain around sept 2014 and bought a prop...

Re: Long term rental laws

I doubt anyone on here really knows the answer apart from maybe Beachcomber... I have no idea. I would rather be 'dead in a ditch' than rent my apartment to a long-term tenant. Boris?!!  you'd rent it to me though :D Jacye. Not sure where you are but rents in most parts have gone throu...
