Re: Buying a campo house with no escritura

There is sometimes a link to a map on the town hall web site. Try looking for PGOU. Failing that you will need to ask at the town hall.

Re: What3words app

May be just as well. I can imagine insular, non-Spanish speaking, ghetto dwelling foreigners wanting to use words in their own language and the Spanish emergency services insisting (for some inexplicable reason  ) on Spanish words. The resulting chaos doesn't bear thinking about.

Re: Sold the house in Andalucia. Here's how it went.

No but do not authorise them to pass on your details to the new owners otherwise they will be contacting you for every niggle and 'query' that they can come up with now and in the future. All this should have been resolved before they bought. Make it quite clear to the agents that if they pass on yo...

This sounds as though the land is pro-indiviso see this thread: http://www.andalucia.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=7693&hilit=indiviso The thread is very old but is still pertinent. The property may have electricity and water but when you try to change the contracts into your name you will ...

Re: Form 210 Not Working Properly ?

This often happens. At least one owner has to be registered in order to pay the taxes on purchase but it is not necessary to register both for this purpose. If this happens it is usually the other way around, the husband gets registered but the wife does not! It may just be that there is a mix up wi...

Re: Form 210 Not Working Properly ?

That definitely means that your husband is not registered with AEAT (slapped wrist for the lawyer). You will need to make an appointment and go to the tax office to register him.

Re: water cooler/water dispenser in Malaga?

There is a Spanish company that does this which tries to get clients with spam telephone calls pretending to be carrying out a survey. I received several until I blocked their numbers. I am certainly not going to give them any publicity on this forum.

I don't know about the rest.

Re: Comments and queries re FAQ for Non-resident income tax

I assume, then, that your wife does not have a digital certificate. I take it that by reference number you mean the número de justificante. There are a couple of possibilities. Try taking the paperwork to the bank and see if they will put the form through the system with the NRC that was generated f...

Re: Comments and queries re FAQ for Non-resident income tax

You can only use your own digital certificate. If your wife has one use that. If not you will have to go down the non digital certificate route and print the forms and take to the bank for payment. If you have exported (saved) the data you can import it into the non DC form. If you are saying that y...

I have no idea. I would rather be 'dead in a ditch' than rent my apartment to a long-term tenant.

Re: Alert Cops

In the very rare event that I actually want someone to find my house I just attach my location to a Telegram message and it sends them a small section of Google maps which can be opened out into a full map. You can also do it with WhatscrApp if there is no other alternative and probably with other m...

There is also degrees, minutes and decimal minutes. I have been looking at direct calling Android apps and one that seems to fill the bill is 'Emergency Services: Europe' which is said to work in Spain, UK, Greece, Portugal and Holland: https://www.google.com/url?q=https://play.google.com/store/apps...

PRP Málaga has an online calculator but this generic calculator gives a fairly accurate result and also shows the calculations:

Re: Form 210 Not Working Properly ?

Try entering his name and NIE number here:

https://www2.agenciatributaria.gob.es/etidomic.html

It is just a request for identity labels which aren't really used any more but will give an indication as to whether or not your husband is registered with AEAT.

No, Alhaurín de la Torre, for example, does not impose plus-valia on rural properties. No idea about petitions.

Re: Plus Valia

Some Town Halls do not apply Plus-Valía to rural land but others do not.

I am aware of the Tumbit article, I have mentioned the Defensor del Pueblo on several occasions.
