Re: Long term rental laws

Manchesteral, No it's not huge, three bed town house, unfurnished...but looking around 1,000 seems to be fair. The cheapest apartment is around 700. This is Mijas Coasta, Costa del Sol. The prices have shot through the roof in the last year or so.

Re: Long term rental laws

Thanks everyone. She's not being a difficult tenant the Landlord is happy renting to her and he does not want the property for his own use until he retires in the future. It's just the rent rise from 580 to 1,000 is a lot, she expected a rise but more in the region of up to 800. Think she will just ...

Long term rental laws

My daughter has been renting for 5 years, contract was renewed every year. I believe unless otherwise stated rent rises are at the cost of living index. Her rent of 580 a month was never increased by her landlord. She is about to sign a contract for a further year, however her landlord has informed ...

Re: Malaga to Granada best route

Enrique, Thanks for that. I know the name of the rescue and have been e mailing them so think they are OK. Will make sure I get everything though.

Costa Kid, Good idea if they are both motorway. Don't know exactly where we are meeting yet so that will probably sway us one way or another.

Re: JET SKI REGISTRATION

Thanks David, Yes a good site but doesn't tell me what I want to know. She had the jet ski embargoed last summer because she is a Spanish resident and shouldn't be using a non Spanish registered jet ski. She has a licence, insurance and everything else necessary. Weeds in Menage

We have a sand horse menage or corral, but we don't have horses so it doesn't get used and we have a lot of weeds. Tried weed killer but you still have to remove the dead weeds. I need to 'sterilize the sand to stop them growing. Someone suggested swimming pool salt. Obviously it's quite a large are...
