According to their website it is 607123000.
No idea if you can get an English speaking person on that number.

Contacing Vodafone

I know this has been mentioned before but I thought it worth repeating if someone needs the information but has forgotten it. Vodafone shops are franchises and are not run by Vodafone. Their purpose is to sell phones and contracts. You might be lucky and find a helpful and knowledgeable member of st...

Re: MiVodafone

Just phoned Vodafone and they say their system is going through a number of updates at the moment. It was completely down yesterday for a time, I believe they where doing a major upgrade. Today the site is partially available. I suspect they are trying to fix the problems caused by yesterdays upgrad...

Re: Cat Sitter in our home Malaga city

Do any of your neighbours haver cats?
If so, ask one of them if they will feed your cat.
When we are away a neighbour feeds our 5 cats.

Re: Renewing of Padron

Niraig You will soon learn that different town halls/ different departments/ different person behind the desk will dictate how something is/is not done here in Spain. When I need an upto date Padron certificate I go to my local town hall, Velez Malaga. Obtain a numbered ticket from the front desk, w...

Re: Changing Banks

My understanding is that, here in Spain, your new bank will set up regular transactions and change DDs for you.
Why do you want to change your bank.
If you feel you have a problem with them then speak to the manager and ask for the problems to be resolved or you will change banks.

Re: New Car v Used Car

I right hand drive van cannot be put onto Spanish reg plates, it will always have to be UK plated and taken back to the UK every year for an MOT. Also be aware that vans, without side windows, in Spain are regarded as commercial vehicles and if over 10 years old need an ITV every 6 months. Have you ...

Re: Mexican F1 GP

Is there much doubt about Hamilton being world champion?
He only needs to finish in, at least, 7th position in one of the reaming races to win even if Vettel won all the remaining races.
The Mexican F1 could be interesting with the grid line up of the front two rows.

Haven't got Movistar TV. According to my TV listings the highlights are on CH4 starting at midnight our time. I shall have to stay up and watch it or record it for tomorrow and avoid watching any news programmes in the meantime. Remember once avoiding news programmes so that I could watch th...

Mexican F1 GP

I know highlights are on CH4 staring at midnight but is the race, starting in just over an hour, live on Spanish TV?
I know antena 3 has shown F1 but today's race doesn't seem to be in their schedule.

Malaga train station

Never been there yet but my son and his partner are arriving, from Seville, on a Sunday morning in November.
Is there any short term/pickup parking near the station?

Re: halloween

I think you will find that here in Spain the shops have realised that there is commercial gain in selling Halloween tat to the kids and party goers. Don't think any of it is to do with celebrating different traditions/ cultures. The only true celebration is, as Sid said, the laying of flowers and si...
