Re: Malaga car hire.

I just wonder how busy Malaga Airport is for car hire pick-up. I have rental booked with Malagacar in a couple weeks. I am seriously considering using public transport to avoid the hassle of pick-up and drop-off. I really do not need a car but i surely do not need the hassle. I will be guided by you...

Re: Ryanair industrial action July

It seems to me it be illegal not to pay wages to a bank in a country other than these people are employed. There is certainly a change coming within Ryanair, some of their pilots have a one day strike next week. I think the OP post is referring to cabin crew strike or at least that's my info. I do n...

Re: Adding a second property to your escritura

I cannot give you a direct answer to your question. I think if you stop paying for the water it will just be disconnected and i do not believe there is any penalty going forward, i also assume that we can just ask for service be disconnected. I do not know if this option is available for basura. The...

Re: process and cost of updating an escritura

Terry, https://www1.sedecatastro.gob.es This is a link supplied on here by "Enrique" a couple of years ago. You may be able to do abit of research yourself as from my experience lawyers will spend lots of time doing this as long as "dinero" is coming in. I found it pretty straigh...

Re: process and cost of updating an escritura

Sid, I do not think there will be a problem in getting the license as the project was done according to plan. The utilities were connected and it was about 3 years later that another person who was selling said it was a necessary document and i asked about it here. I am interested in knowing how the...

Re: process and cost of updating an escritura

It all seems strange to me that the Ayuntamiento supply a license to build. Then they do not fallow up by providing the necessary First License to live. Then the escritura is a completely separate matter, i am only working on the project my friend did but there are surely others, i am not 100% about...

Re: process and cost of updating an escritura

Am i right in thinking the Catastral is the site area of property? That the Escritura is the said buildings on the said property? Also is the Catastral office part of Ayuntamiento.. I'm afraid to tell the people of the amnesty as they will "flip" They have being on about this for last few ...

Re: process and cost of updating an escritura

Terry, I think i remember having a conversation here before about first license. I have a friend who got a refurbish done and had license to build same. Because the archictect had moved from Spain before the project was finished he did not get first license, we only became aware of the existence of ...

Give the "peasants" a break that's for the police. It is us who have chose to move to their country so if they have not our wealth we should just leave it. Thanks for advise in relation to car park, i do not know where it is but will find same. I am seriously considering using public trans...

I do not really understand the context of the question, are you asking that the view already there and someone putting up something to obstruct same? I do know the rules for building height have to be generally the same and in this instance building something too high to obstruct other persons view ...

Re: advise

Most of what you ask is in my second post on this as someone else said same. This is a town house with houses either side on reasonably level terrain. It is rain water and it more residue seeping than leak but in time destroys paint with mildue and make walls black. I think my principle question at ...
