Re: malaga airport bus

quebin, Thanks for that, i am aware of the option you mention and it is easier but this lady wants to stay at the airport for several hours which is not in my opinion the best option. Since i posted earlier i am now thinking of sending her in the Plaza Major direction as its two stops i think? could...

Re: Tartessians

I cannot answer your specific question. There is a very interesting history museum in Jerez dating from the origins of that specific region. It is likely you may get info if you happen to be in the area, It is about 1km from centre of town and if you drive parking in the courtyard. I did not give it...

Re: driving licence

I am aware of the law, i would not have two licences as i would keep my current vehicle licence.
I would then get one separate licence for bike, when i buy my aeroplane i will get one for that, Michael O'Leary watch out....

Re: driving licence

I have no intention of moving to Spain in the near future and i likely will never do this. I have full licence for everything cars, buses and heavy goods so i like to leave alone. I am just thinking having a Spanish bike licence be easier option if possible. I think i ve able to manage the theory te...

Re: driving licence

Thanks for replies, I already have an EU licence to drive everything but it seems the licencing authority made an error several years when the system changed and removed everything and just left me with just car licence. It was only when someone pointed out to me at a later time i got everything re-...

driving licence

Is it possible i could get a motorcycle in Spain, i would like to buy one to run around. I would prefer leave everything as is with current licence as i have no intention of moving any time soon. I think it likely be easier to do in Spain as bikes more popular and hopefully less hassle. Many thanks...

A few of us were chatting about this the other night. We ended up talking about when and how the sport became a topic in main stream news. Of course it was always when the big event on. Now it is just as likely that the Barca story is the headline as much as a major world news event in the world. Wh...

"and you cannot go without noise if you’re a group of 20" This is not what you want to hear but to me this is the only thing that make sense. There are not there from midnight until 10 am therefore you can sleep. Where is the problem here? They sleep all day and then they are normal young ...

Re: Question for El Cid - rainfall

Am I right in my calculation that 100 litros per square metre is equivalent to 4 inches. 100 litres is 11 gallons so this unlikely, 4 ins=64cu ins=1.05 L. i think this is what it means. I did see on the news during the summer fires in Spain/Portugal that the biggest drought is in Spain for over 20 y...

Re: Car hire - Granada Airport

I think you will find the cost of car hire at Granada Airport at least double that of Malaga this time of year. There be very few with their own fleet in Granada so less competition. If i was doing this trip i likely fly to Malaga as only a bit more than an hour up. Sorry i cannot be of more help. ...

Re: Choosing / changing electricity contract

Though i am not absolutely certain i believe the physical fuse/trip will need to be changed, i assume the smart meter is the one that can be read remotely.
