I don't think so. Because in Scotland owners own the house and land as the feu has been done away with. Commonhold is not a word I have heard before

If the owner has already lost a property he may be skint and not worth persuing. If he was bankrupt, the house would probably have been seized. Very odd one. If the person who found the owner knows where he is then the community could write to him. He could then do a formal contract with the guy who...

I shouldn't thinks so. But better go to town hall as there are rules about leckie and gas annual checks, fire extinguishers etc. They will keep you right on all the bells and whistles

Also nobody should have to suffer having £1000 to £1500 blocked from their personal bank cards. It means that these companies are treating us all as cheats when it should be the other way round. And there is no come back

Yes they are all crooks and the more folk relay this to consumer services the better. It is becoming a real cause for concern and needs to be stopped
