Re: Cataract operation

Totally agree Gerry. I have used CR many times, as has my wife and I have no complaints whatsoever. If you use a private clinic with no insurance you will get ripped off. The moral is either get insurance or sign on to the Spanish NHS. Sid But Sid, Isn't Gerry doing just that? " If you use a p...

This sums up what I believe The Catalan authorities are engaged in an illegal act. Catalans are citizens of a nation subject to a democratically accepted constitutional order and the rule of law. It is the duty of the Catalan authorities to uphold the constitutional order and to preserve the rule o...

Nice to see a success story regarding starting up in Spain in a business, too often they feature the negative stories on these programmes.

I would look at the website of the national police for the area where you live, and forget what a random Dutch woman's interpretation of the law is. Every area has one, the one here in my area isn't Dutch though :D But agree with you that a big problem is that some people interpret the law/requirem...

Re: Buying Online Factory Direct to Spain

When I had an expensive food mixer sent from U.S.A a few years back it was held in Madrid. Madrid phoned me to tell me they had it and said I could pay the import duty online with a credit/debit card which I did and they released it and it was delivered within 48 hours.
