Re: The Forum.

That statement is a bit bizarre Sid. I though if we lived, intended to live or had property in Andalucia we were all welcome. Does your statement need rewording? Please clarify.

Re: UK TV Channels for free

The new Kodi is actually ok unless you watch a big live sporting event. Man v Liverpool or similar is almost unwatchable.

Re: Cat Sitter in our home Malaga city

Obviously if you don't know your neighbours you cant give them a door key. Seems like a tricky situation. Perhaps look at Maureen's option.

Re: New Car v Used Car
PCP is a different matter, it allows people to get in to cars via a 2 year hand it back deal with a low monthly payment on a car they'd probably never afford to buy on HP or with cash. Not for me I'm afraid.
PCP is exactly that, you are getting into a car you c...

Re: Renewing of Padron

Slightly off subject Niraig but if your new to the area there is a lovely walk from El Palo along the front to La Cala or if you want more through the 3 tunnels into Rincon.

Re: New Car v Used Car

Sid, i was waiting for the catch! as you say it sounds like finance is the way to go on new car sales in Spain. Maybe its a bit like DFS with suites. Say a 3 pice is £2000 with 4 years interest free, if you offer them £1900 up front they cant accept as then there offer is not interest free. They wo...

Easy walk to Malaguetta area and port. 10 minutes max. If your only there for 2 days there is enough in that area.

Re: Leasing a car.

The main problem with leasing is: if your circumstances change you cant just hand it back. If you agree 24 months lease that is what you are in for. Servicing on some cars is on an annual clock. You can leave a VW in the garage for a year and it will flag that it needs a service. Check your miles an...

Re: New Car v Used Car

There are a few garages on the industrial estate at Velez that sell those type of Combi vans. If you walk around the part where all the main dealers are you see those vehicles for sale at non main agent car dealers.
