Re: Tenant or landlord's name for utilities?

Buying a rural property - are any legal??

Hello, We are looking to buy a rural property in Andalucia - we were mainly looking at Cartama but have now widened our search to include Antequera and most places in-between as long as they are large enough to have good after-school facilities for our 3 year old as he is growing up! We also want pr...

Hi everyone, We are currently living in Duquesa as my husband is a policeman in Gibraltar. When he retires this year we would like to move elsewhere. Due to the crazy costs we will only be able to do this once (sell and buy)... I am looking at Cartama. Are there any other areas that are similar? I'd...

Re: Comments and queries re FAQ for Non-resident income tax

Hi, I completed the form months and months ago.....not expecting the bank account to change.... So it has been completed and printed for ages just sitting in my office waiting to go and be paid this month.. Do you think I can cross out the bank details by hand and go and pay cash instead? Thanks Emma

Re: Comments and queries re FAQ for Non-resident income tax

HI,

Thanks for replying...

No we couldn't pay as the bank account details were wrong....

Do you think I can simply cross out the bank account part and put a 'x' in 'en effectivo' instead....and just go and pay it cash?

Thanks
Emma

Re: Question about autonomo(yes, again...)

If you are living in Spain you should play by the rules in Spain! Simple! Pay into the system...unless you are going to pretend to be on holiday if you need hospital treatment? Which is not on! Social Security is expensive, if everyone who was avoiding the system, paid up, social security payments c...

I knew someone would take offence - I like getting a reaction!

Although joking aside, anyone who read that link and took offence are most probably that little bit ducking and diving the rules anyway!
