Re: Driving from Seville airport to Torrox - advice please :)

If you are not familiar with the A45, and are driving at night, I would take the toll road south of Antequera. The A45 is very twisty & only 2 lanes, as well as a few stretches of 80 kph speed limits, whereas the toll road is 3 lanes, hardly any traffic & pretty much 120 kph all the way :-)

Re: Transferring Thunderbird folders between pc & laptop

As suspected, the download/install of 5 ipdates failed. Error code 80243004. Tried the link 'for more info' but couldn't make head nor tail of it.
Suggestions ?

Re: Transferring Thunderbird folders between pc & laptop

Update: Thanks for all the help guys, I now have the required folders on my laptop & I have also stopped it downloading emails automatically. Yesterday I attempted to do a windows update - there were apparently 5 important ones to get. It didn't complete (don't know why), so I am trying again no...

Re: Transferring Thunderbird folders between pc & laptop

Thanks for the info guys - I will give it a go tomorrow. I don't want to copy all the folders over, just 4 that I may need to refer to. I always check for spam etc on the webmail page before downloading my email , and tho I delete it from the webmail inbox, it stays in the webmail deleted box unless...

Transferring Thunderbird folders between pc & laptop

I'm getting my laptop up to date ready for a 2 week stay in Wales. I want to transfer some folders from Thunderbird on pc to thunderbird on laptop. I've looked on line & managed to get the folders I want on to a USB stick, but can't seem to get them into the right place on the laptop ! A second ...

Re: Local bank closing ... how do I?!

Have you tried contacting Unicaja ? I would have thought they would send some sort of letter advising of the closure & what you need to do , if anything

Re: Local bank closing ... how do I?!

You can do it with Iberdrola too - you can agree a regular amount, which can be changed if it is too high or too low.

Re: Shingles Vaccination

I had chicken pox when I was 8 months old (or so I'm told !) - I suspect the immunity may have worn off by now, some 60 odd years later (unless it really does last a life time) !

Email from Microsoft

Hi
I've just had an email from Microsoft regarding changes to their terms of use. It looks OK, & (hovering over) the links go to an address for Microsoft, but it was sent to my late husband's old business email address, & so I am a bit wary.

Has anyone else received one of these ?

TIA
