You talking about two different products.........or just a typo....... :?:

Either way..........clear Browser Cache and cookies.
Check DNS settings not in Wifi Adapter

Using cmd ............ type ipconfig /flushdns

x64 is 64 bit system
x86 is 32 bit system

You will just be using the VPN from the laptop, follower the procedure from the site and chose a UK sever when you connect.

Check a setting ............

Apps & Features...........make sure it reads.......... Allow apps from anywhere

One of the options is...........Allow apps from Store only............maybe yours is set to this...... :?:

Hi, Did you try the direct link I posted from Skype (above)........... :?: I see that is ver 8.18.06 On another Windows 10 system I've ver 12.1809.217............that looks usable , difference seems to have all the settings in the Profile My ver 7.40.0.151 just asks now and again if I want to update...

I've kept version 7.40.0.151 and resisted the "update to latest Skype"
