I didn't actually make any reference to Lidl products, only the after sales service via the outlets in Spain. (which is sub-standard) Sid pursued his warranty claim via Lidl head office in Germany. You got your money back.... in Spain... after 10 months? In my experience everything you buy here has a 14 day guarantee, after which, the shop just refers you to the manufacturer who just gives you the runaround. If anyone knows of anywhere that I can buy a new dvd RECORDER for 50 or 60 quid please...
