Train from Malaga airport to Estepona ?

Can any of you wise residents tell me if the story I heard of the building of a train link from the airport down towards Estepona is true ? Also a time scale ? Thanks.

Re: exchanging plates! shiiiiiiii*

I assume its an E36 model M3 rather than an E30 ? All M3's have been "driven" and cars of that age will not have been well maintained. Has it had inspection 1 or 2 done recently ? Is there a Vanos on that model ? Secondly if its not his property then you are on very sticky ground buying it...

Re: syphoning fuel

We seem to be going round in circles. I suggested Helle Hollis in my reply to the original post. I just have reservations about joining their 'home owners' club. What reservations ? It only involves filling out some details and bringing a utility bill or similar in to them at first rental. You get ...

Re: Car Hire Malaga Airport

(its free). http://www.hellehollis.com/ I have rented once from carjet.com..... they used Goldcar. It took a full hour standing in line to get ...

Re: syphoning fuel

Although I have been singing the praises of Helle Hollis for their fuel policy I would urge people to beware of this offer: http://www.hellehollis.com/home_owners_club.asp an advertisement in a local newspaper for which urges members to advise their friends to use their membership in order to obtai...

Re: syphoning fuel

We use Helle Hollis every month. They pick you up in arrivals and bring you two minutes to their depot (oppisite San Miguel factory). No delays... no messing around & if you return the car full then they credit your credit card the full amount. I always stop at the petrol station on the A7 just ...

Costa del Sol radio reception.........

Why do all the english speaking radio stations on the costa have crap transmitters ? Driving from malaga airport to san pedro is like being in a black hole ! Do the broadcasting regulators (are there any in Spain ?) not have standards ? TRE (rem) and Spectrum are really poor. Anyone else feel this w...

How can there be so many unemployed in Spain ?  Surely they must all be employed designing more ways of creating useless paperwork. A piece of paper that says you live in an area ? ? ? Ireland & the UK are simpler places to live :D :D

Re: Importing a 1991 BMW convertible.....

Thanks Cid. i really appreciate the input. It is a lovely car for the money, thats why I'm interested. Even if it lasts (engine wise) 18 months then I will have had my moneys worth. My E30 in Ireland has only 27,000 miles on it. Its a real garage queen and only gets out on dry sunny days (yesterday ...

Excellent information guys, thank you. It gets better. The vendor sent me an email dropping the price to £1000 sterling. Its a 325i convertible in lhd and only 80k miles on it :D . This is looking like a good deal. Keep the comments coming please.
