we have a 4 bed villa in the campi in land from velez malaga with pool, fully legal (eventually) want to know if there are nay agents who are not looking at property exchanges would consider spain or uk. last valuation around 275000e

Sorry but I don´t quite understand what you are asking. You can only legally exchange a property if that property is legal and not before. If you google property swap or property exchange there is an online company who does this for international swaps, they are based in the UK I think.

If you are legally exchanging and transferring title on the house in Spain then property transfer tax will be due.
