Form 210 ID Stickers

Postby costacab » Mon Jul 18, 2011 12:35 pm

Hello all,
I've filled in and printed my form 210 off the tax office website to hand in when I'm out later this week but what do I need to take with me to the tax office to get the ID stickers? I don't want to have to make the trek all the way to Torremolinos more than once if I can help it! Any guidance appreciated.

From next year - you will need an electronic signature to fill your 210 forms in on line

http://www.cert.fnmt.es/index.php?cha=cit&sec=4&lang=en

When your at the tax office ... you can get the bar codes then.
Or
You may be able to use the electronic signature for this year as well ( That i dont know for certain ) maybe you can let us know !

Hi costacab,
You don't say if you're in the "system" already...........if so, as Julie says try ordering online with NIE number.
Got my last lot of labels very quickly.

If you have to register you will need your "Green Form"... has your name NIE ,address and parents names :!:
All my best learning experiences start with a problem I need to solve.

Try ordering your labels from here:

https://aeat.es/etidomic.html

If you are already registered you will get a reply stating that your request is being dealt with. If not it will say words to the effect that no trace can be found in their records.

It is not true that a digital signature will be required in order to complete the new style form 210 next year for this financial year. The online submission may be made with a digital signature otherwise you can just print out the forms and take them to the bank for payment in the normal way.

Completion of the form will be by way of filling in an online form which, once completed correctly, will generate a PDF. Self-adhesive labels will not be required as the bar code will be generated by the program.

Run that past me again please Beach ..

You can sill print of the 210, and pay at the bank, and get them to send it to the tax office like before - will you still need your own bar codes to attach to the forms like befor as well ?

Yes, you can pay through the bank as usual. I don't think there will be a paper copy for AEAT. Your payment will be credited electronically. The program will generate the bar code so labels will no longer be required.

I have recently completed and printed and paid the new form 210.

Labels are no longer required. The completion process concludes with a validated pdf document which you print and take to your bank.

Needless to say the folks at hacienda will still print sticky labels. Just hand them your NIE certificate. Can't see the point if you're completing form 215 (now incorporated in 210) or new format form 210.

I didn't think the AEAT website allowed downloading the old, sticky label type form 210. Or can it still be used for a FY 2010 declaration?

Ive just used the old Modulo 210 form for the 2010 declaration (with stickers) and the bank took The AEAT copy to post for us.

Non-resident tax returns for 2010 are submitted on the old style 210 and the ones for 2011, payable next year, will be submitted on the new style 210 as detailed on the download page for the forms.

However the new style 210 form is also NOW used for what used to be non resident rental income tax form 215.

So anyone renting out their property to holiday makers etc, needs to declare the income for the third quarter, Jun-Sep, on the new style 210 by 20th October. Well, the two or three people who declare anything, that is

Yes, exactly. That is because declarations of actual rental income are made during the current year for the previous quarter (ie. since 1st January 2011) not a year in arrears as with non-resident notional income tax. That's why both versions of the form are currently available on the AEAT web site.
