Community Free Web site hostings.

I have noticed that in the UK there are a number of local Newspapers which host free Community group web sites. They are for none profit making organisations. Does anyone know of similar hosting sites here in Spain please?

Hi George! Unfortunately I don't know any local newspaper than can offer that, but there are many options of creating simple blogs/websites for your organization. Are you familiar with Wordpress or Blogspot? They are I think the most popular free sites.
