Car Hire for under 21's in Peurto Banus or surrounding area

Hi Everyone

I wonder if anyone can help. My daughter who is 19 is visiting Puerto Banus next month and is hoping to hire a car.

Does anyone know of a reliable company who doesn't overcharge?

You may have a problem..................

"18 years old is the minimum legal age for driving in Spain. Please note that most car hire suppliers require a minimum age of 21 in order to hire a car. Furthermore, drivers under the age of 25 can be subject to a "young driver fee", to be charged by the supplier at the time of pick up"
