Lets hope so but don’t celebrate too early. With people like Boris spouting off and upsetting EU leaders anything could happen.

He did rather a lot of spouting in the Commons yesterday. He's at his worst when he makes it up as he goes along. Wittering in Latin doesn't help either.

It seems to be all up in the air, there will be no negotiations regarding expat status until they trigger article 50...
