Expats attract tourists

Following on from my rant about Brexit as an excuse the Spanish family here got to discuss the number of tourist nights I attract as a lone Brit expat to Spain. Especially as I added more dates to the calender this morning and was grumbling Easter is already full.

In 2017 at a minimum I'll have 16 people nights in my house and another 10 people nights in hotels. And it could well be more bearing in mind we are still in January These are people coming here to visit me. They would be very unlikely to be in Spain otherwise. Hopefully this is something else that needs to be considered by Spain when looking at expats.
