Not too sure if this forum can help, but I've received an email from a friend of long standing who has lost touch with her brother and she has concerns about his health and well-being (he's 72). Unfortunately he was last seen/heard of, not in Andalucia, but in Alicante province, but I would struggle to give her any advice even if it was in Andalucia!
Her basic question to me is the existence (or not) of any Spanish national or ex-pat organisations (charities maybe?) who she could contact in an effort to trace her brother. Is this something anyone knows anything about? If so please let me know and I'll forward the info.

All my best learning experiences start with a problem I need to solve.
