You often seem quite paranoid about Julian
Paranoia is when something is not real but a search of this forum would show that Julian follows certain people on the forum, Katy calls it stalking, and I am one of those whose attraction is apparently magnetic to Julian........I would far rather other people responded instead of yet another thread being Julianized, distorted a bit etc.......he may suit you but not my cup of tea although sometimes his posts are useful and helpful and knowledgeable.

I also get irritated if I am at a party and one person keeps on trying to monopolize me too!

Just for clarity - Yes I started this thread but it was not to raise a complaint against anyone in particular as Julian is certainly not the only "offender", it just so happened that this thread attracted a lot of unkind posts so I decided to speak out.

Not at all actually.

My choice of username was based more on this-

El C.I.D. was an ITV television series that ran for three seasons from 1990 to 1992. It starred Alfred Molina as Bernard Blake, a C.I.D. officer who takes early retirement and moves to Spain where he and his partner, John Bird, a retired records officer, keep an eye on the ex-pat community of British gangsters.
Before the third season Molina left and was replaced by Amanda Redman, who joined the series as Bird's character's daughter. The series also starred Kenneth Cranham as a notorious gangster who fled to Spain.
The title is a play on El Cid.

Note the comment about them keeping an eye keep an eye on the ex-pat community of British gangsters.

Maybe I have finally achieved that aim! Only you lot can answer that! :lolno: :lolno: :lolno:

I am one of those whose attraction is apparently magnetic to Julian
well - Jool, I think I fall into that category, too, Julian seemed to respond to every post I made and I think plenty of people would say the same about themselves :D

I will admit (as you know, I am one of Julian's fans :shifty: ) I did notice he has a tendency to wind people up if he can get away with it. He tried it with me ages ago when I was asking about a grandson coming over to Spain without flying but I didn't bite and we've got on fine ever since.

Hey ho, if he's gone, he's gone but I will miss him. Image

My experience was totally different. I posted a question last year and didn't even get a response!
