Yep, it's all true. There's going to be a rail station there and everything. People living within a 5ml radius will get day passes 75% off. The value of property in the area will rocket. Taffy told me all this. Met a small fella, with thin legs on the Paseo at Estepona, (think he said his name was Michael)and he assures me Aston Villa will win the premiership next year and the Champions league the one after. Taffy agrees whole heartily.

Ok. very funny . The reason I asked was that when I was in spain three weeks ago one of my neighbours told me the tale. I had never heard the story before so was surprised. It does sound like an estate agents fairytale .

Actually,it would be the best thing that ever happened if Disney came to Spain if the set up in Florida is reproduced
The Spanish could learn the art of orderly queueing,civility to customers(guests) , street cleanliness,construction in quick time(without the building cracking up) and punctuality.
If the truth be known it might be better if they ran the whole bluddy country.

Reckon it is all a rumour. Couple of years ago it was going to be Velez Malaga, next to the Grand Prix track they were also going to build and extended runway at Axarquia airfield.

Only thing to actually happen is the new Technological Park under construction at Trapiche.
