Our flight to Puerto Rico went well, arrived 30 mins early. Smoothest flight ever, Dreamliner is great. Can order a drink on screen. Not possible to check in online for transatlantic, didn't matter as we had reserved seats.

Arrived back to Gatwick early too. Good flight. Food awful, worse than BA! Seems Gatwick is a sort of hub for the rest of Europe. A good few Norwegians aboard and lots of Puerto Ricans, many connected to/from Madrid. Not many British.

The airline claim to be setting up some sort of hub in Malaga where they will fly to other regions of Spain cheaply. One example was Tenerife.

They've got a sale on. £60 returns Edinburgh to Malaga, my trips to Spain now all booked till November next year. Great airline, so far I'd say best crew of all the cheapo airlines. Love the free wifi.

Presently flying home to Malaga from Edinburgh. First time I've used Norwegian. Very, very impressed. 737/800 with very few miles on the clock. Very pleasant cabin crew. Both our cases put in the overhead bins for us. Incidentally, the bibs are massive.

The legroom and seat width are better than any low cost carrier I've flown with. Free WiFi.

Food not fantastic but fortunately I'm not precious in regard to that. Only downside is not being able to check in until 24 hours before the flight and the application only appears to work on Apple devices.

Fare. £45.

Aircraft is 4.8 years old so will have a few "miles on the clock"

It isn't only on Apple, there is an Android version too. A wee bit finicky but does the job although I do agree with the comment regarding the 24 hour limit but that is not that unusual.

Does anyone else have difficulty downloading the Norwegian boarding pass when flying back to UK from Malaga.
I've never been able to do it on a pc or on phone via Android app.
Doing it 24 hours before in UK has always been successful.

They charged for blankets on the flight to Puerto Rico! Plane was very warm though. They now have a loyalty points scheme, don't know how generous it is, haven't yet looked. If we fly transatlantic with BA we usually have enough Avios for flights to the Med area.

Agree about the food not being important, especially on short flights. Always pop into M&S at the airport and take my own anyway.

The crew are pleasant, think it's because they are quite new. When I showed our boarding cards the Steward said it was a pity we had not managed to be sat together and there were empty seats if we wanted to be together...we had purposely left the middle seat empty when we reserved

This particular aircraft was definitely not 5 years old, 5 weeks, maybe.

It could have just come off a winter check (three weeks or more) and they can look very good then, even the 20 year old ones.

I am reminded of a report about a Flybe aircraft this week. Had to turn back to Southampton en route for Alicante after a bird strike. It was a propeller plane, Embrear E-175  no wonder there were only 75 people aboard

Here is the propeller E175 :D
I saw this excellent reporting earlier in the week.

The propeller is hiding on the other side.

Blame the Daily Mail then. It showed a photo of three Flybe planes at Southampton all with propellers. Your snaps do not have Flybe on. Would post the link but can't be bothered.
