Airline Compensation
I wrote before about the highway robbers Delpaso. And my overnight delay with Norwegianair cancelling our flight from Edinburgh to Malaga.
The one way fare was £144 for both of us.
We also had to find a hotel £137.
Well I was determined to claim compensation and
Good news!!! We have been awarded Euro 800 between us Yaayy!!

Well done. People should never let airlines get away with it. Enjoy your next getaway.

Re: Airline Compensation
Thank you. Many of our hard earned holidays have been arred by unscrupulous airlines and rental car companies over te years. Generally speaking we usually got nowhere and gave up. THIS TIME I WAS ABSOUTELY DETERMINED.
Go for it

Re: Airline Compensation
And if its Ryanair you must make the claim yourself. If you use a 3rd party to claim they dismiss the claim. It is against EU law but Ryanair seem to do what they want most of the time.

Re: Airline Compensation
Sorry, but wrong. I received €200 with a third party claim against Ryanair during a French ATC strike last year. I felt bad taking as it really wasn't their fault!costakid wrote:And if its Ryanair you must make the claim yourself. If you use a 3rd party to claim they dismiss the claim. Re: Airline Compensation
Sorry but I am right, It was also over the news last week that anyone who uses a 3rd party to claim will not be paid out and the claim will be dismissed.
