Malaga train station

Postby gerryh » Tue Oct 23, 2018 5:10 pm

Never been there yet but my son and his partner are arriving, from Seville, on a Sunday morning in November.
Is there any short term/pickup parking near the station?
Cheers

Theres an underground carpark attached to the station as the station is also a shopping centre.

There's also a drop-off/pick up lane at the front of the station with about a dozen spaces, alongside the large taxi rank area and right by the entrance to the Metro (El Perchel). If you can coordinate your arrival, it might be an option, but I don't think you can leave your vehicle unattended there. I've used it once to drop off someone without any difficulty.
Don't worry about what people think, they don't do it very often

Best use the underground parking as it is only a drop zone and quite often heavily policed. Other option is park on sea front for free only 2 minutes away and go to drop zone once your daughter is through and outside the station.

Thanks all for the info.
Seems like the underground car park is the answer.
