Hi.
The Valley between Colmenar and Riogordo. We'd love to buy a property there. Can anyone tell us the name of the valley/area, as I can't find a name on the map.We have stayed in Colmenar twice now on holiday. We plan to buy in the next 5 years all being well. Any info would be hugely appreciated. Also if anyone has a property for sale, ideally with 3/4 bedrooms, a fantastic view and a good sized pool, we'd be interested to have a look. We will be back in Colmenar the first two weeks of August 2019.
Regards
Nick And Sian

Not sure that the valley has got a name. The road linking the two is A-7204. The valley is mainly a farming one and there is not a lot of housing in it. You might want to widen the area in which to view poperties, there are lots of other beautiful places in the Axarquia area.

Gerry .
Do you know where the best places or companies/estate agents where we can search for properties locally. Any info or web addresses would be much appreciated.

Hi Nick,
Well I know people who have used Rioestates in Riogordo, who are an English run agents. They seem pretty good.
There is also Colmenar Properties, though don't know much about them.
I would use Kyero who are the Spanish equiverlant of RighMove or Zoopla and just search for Riogordo or Colmenar.
Regards,
Gerry
