Puerto Banús Market on a Tuesday

I read on the Sur in English web page under the section “Markets” that there is a Market in Puerto Banús (next to Bullring) on a Tuesday?
Is this a new Market? Or is there another Bull Ring in Puerto Banús?
The only Bullring I know about in that area is half way up the hill in Nueva Andalucía and that has a Market on the main road on a Saturday.

Knowing the area well I would doubt very much if they could put a market on during the week. Too many businesses in the area would be affected.

This Tuesday is a holiday here though, so maybe its a one off.
