Just enter the details as requested leaving 'Año ponencia' as 'Todos los años' then click on 'Consultar'

The year we are looking for is listed under 'Año efecto'


When looking up this for Fuengirola and Mijas the years are 2005 and 2004 respectivelly. Does this mean that all owners in these municipalities have to use 2%? What about estates that are built after these years?

Yes, 2% for both of these municipalities. It depends on the date of the last municipal revision not the date of construction.
