Summer activities for kids

Hi does anyone know of any organised summer camps or activities for kids?
Got a friend whose little lad would like to go away on an American style camp during his summer break...... there must be other parents out there trying to fill in some of the long summer holidays...

try the magazine 1st for schools, dont know if you get it where you are, but I am sure the have a website. they have loads of stuff to do, clubs etc.

Most town halls have summer schools, our is 65€ for a month and they go every day 9am to 2pm and play games and stuff all day.
