Yep it is either the electric company or a flamenco-style dance, orginating from Seville ;-)

Sevillana will split from Endesa in July but you can select either one now. Sevillana stays government controlled and Endesa private according to the office receptionist I spoke to today at sev/endesa

The electricity company is the relevant bit - thank you. I'm looking for an electrician to do a re-wire job and I've found a Spanish one who does work with the Sevillana.
