has anybody got this new calfri-life heating /cooling system? we are thinking of installing traditional air con, but this seems to worth a look at. any info anybody?

If you are correct, Cid then its a disgrace all the free mags still accept their adverts. Why is no action being taken in the courts? These ads have been going for months now.

Calfri-Life is only the franchise/agency name not the actual company which is Calfri.eu
Other agencies were called Calfri Murcia or Calfri Valencia.
The owner of Calfri.eu and the scam is Graham Smith and he is now under investigation by the Guardia Civil and the National Police for alleged fraudulent activites. Graham Smith has now been denounced 4 times.
Infact the whole thing has now been introduced to court by the lawyer acting on behalf of the 6 unfortunate agents who handed over their money and got no cooling system.
He calls himself Graham Smith Inventor and lives in Javea near Alicante. He has already been arrested but released pending further enquiries into his business dealings.
The poor unfortunate agents are the real losers as they seem to have lost thousands of euros after allegdely handing it over to Graham Smith and only either getting part of the system or nothing at all!!
Actually he says he invented and manufactured the system but according to the agents he simpply bought in the heating boiler and radiators from other manufactureres and claimed to have the cooling component 'up and running'. They soon found out that the cooling component did not exist or at least they never received it.
He allegedly never gave them a single cent back...kept the lot and made off with it including one or two of the deposits handed to him by them on behalf of customers...allegedly
Graham Smith also runs ecoads.eu and solarvending.com although incredibly he still advertises calfri.eu!

No problem...its just that I know the Calfri-life agent and he is a decent and honest family guy.
Its not fair to mention Calfri-life or any of the other agents in the same breath as Graham Smith, as I say they were only an agent acting in the Axarquia region...naturally they believed 100% in the cooling because they invested their savings in the agency and moved over from the UK to run it. The other 5 unfortunates were equally taken in by Graham Smith who we now know to be a very convincing individual but whose intentions were completely un-honorable.
Ironically the heating part of the system which of course is nothing to do with Graham Smith, is an excellent central heating product produced by huge well established European manufacturers. But the agents of course signed up for the cooling side because that was supposedly what Graham Smith had invented. Had they known they were only going to get the heating they could have done that themsleves without paying thousands for the Calfri name.
Graham Smith even went as far as to give the Southampton Daily Echo (He originally comes from Southampton) a story in 2008 that he had just secured a huge deal with the worlds biggest retailer Wallmart, to supply them with his ridiculous product called the Smithbench which is a sort of solar lighted bus-stop looking thing with advertising space on it. The Southampton Daily Echo actually wrote it up as an article. (You can see it if you search 'Graham Smith Inventor' via Google)
We now know from someone who worked with Smith at the time that no such deal existed and neither did it ever transpire. Total rubbish from Graham Smith again. But now of course he has allegedly conned individuals financially as well which makes him quite an evil man.
