I really couldn't care less what my house is worth but if I can buy 25% more good food, new cars, meals out and good wine I shall be really pleased. ME TOO
No soporto ver la casa sucia, ahora mismo me levanto y apago la luz.

No fatter than all the EU fat cats at the dinner in Brussels this evening.
The spectacle of them all enjoying a banquet, on our taxes, in a crisis - words fail me.
Reading between the lines, they know Greece have got to go, it's really how fast, and how orderly it can be made to look.

I have 35 euros in a Caja in Spain. Should I move it before I have to change into Pesetas?

Lol, there used to be countries before the eurozone you know, they had food and water back in the olden days too.White Horse wrote:Are you making any contingency plans?
Store extra food?
Keep more cash rather than in the bank?
Any other ideas - stocking up on fuel, batteries...
Or perhaps we all just hope it won't happen.
You could spread you money a bit if you want to be safe...buy a bit of gold but really that's more for a pension.
