School admission forms

Hi

Is anyone in the process of filling in the forms for a school place for a 2-3 year old? I am a tad confused with the accreditation part of the form.. If anyone can help I would be grateful, thanks

If you mean section 8 you only have to select any of these boxes if you are in any of those circumstances and attach justifying documentation (special needs children, or a work certificate if you are presenting your work address, single parent...). In the second part of section 8 with your signature the Junta will obtain the necessary information (eg. home address, family with more than 3 children).
