That's correct Mike M, but the Agencia Tributaria website will not accept any of the necessary changes to the 64 bit version of IE9 browser.

First post and it's about Form 210! Have read all the previous posts and instructions. I am using Firefox and have followed the info re: about:config and all is showing correct. I tried to download the the form and get the the instruction page..... but no blank form 210 !! I have also installed Pale Moon and have tried through that, but the result is still the same.... no blank form 210.

Out of interset I tried it with IE and the instructions page downloaded followed by the blank form. But when I completed the form using IE..... got Error 0115! So I want to use Firefox/Pale Moon, but cannot seem to generate a blank form, even from AEAT's own website.

Can anyone help please?

Hi Maltlover,
Windows 7 32 bit and Palemoon 12.3 .......failed on the later version(Palemoon) on this system.

Goto FAQ's and click on Form 210 Non-Resident Tax......comes up with the blank form

Had it working on Windows 8 64bit and Palemoon 15.2.........but that whole system is down at the moment......so can't check it as of now..........

We have already tried accessing the form through FAQs without success. We have Windows Vista and downloaded Pale Moon 15.2.1

Should I uninstall and download Pale Moon 12.3?

Seems to depend on your system...Beachcomber reports success with Palemonn 15.2 but as I said earlier I had to go back to 12.3, uninstalled 15.2 and rebooted then installed 12.3

Pale Moon 15.2 works for me with XP, Windows 7 64 bit and my laptop running Windows 7 32 bit. I don't have a computer running Vista so can't check.

Has anyone managed to generate a form using Windows Vista?

Yes.

For about a year now I've been generating my quarterly rental 210s and my annual 210s using Vista (home basic) 32bit SP2, and Firefox as the browser. When in Spain I have generated them on XP, again using Firefox.

No, never any problem generating the blank 210 form from the "formularios y modelos" section of aeat.

My probs started when i wanted to generar el pdf. It's very fussy over which boxes have to be filled in. I think on this thread somewhere i give a box by box example

After another morning of frustration trying all permutations with Firefox and Pale Moon on my computer, still with no success in generating the form, I went to an internet cafe. Still no joy with Firefox, so I tried Internet Explorer. What a shock when the form appeared, filled it in (and one for my wife), got them printed and am off to the bank on Monday to pay. Providing all goes well there, this saga will be finished before we return home. I did delete all relevant files on the internet cafe's computer having sent a copy to my own computer.

Thanks to all helped. I will continue posting on this excellent forum, hopefully on subjects less frustrating than trying to pay our non resident's tax

it also has a Base Imponible 43.737,00 i cant work out which one to use ?? and which figure do i calculate the 1.1% on

If its Non-Resident tax calculation then its the Valor Catastral .........64.586,57

Hi folks,
Just got back from spain and thought i'd give you an update.
We filled in our form for the new electronic payment of non residents tax, took them to our bank ( Bankia ) but the guy asked for the old style envelope?
After telling him we didn't need one, he went and spoke to someone.
He then scanned the forms, copied the last page and gave us a stamped copy - of the last page only - and put them in the pile of 210 envelopes he had on his desk. presumably to send to the tax office.We paid in cash.
I think it's paid!
Anyway, at least we have a stamped copy of the page the bank should have kept!

I have read all I can re this topic and gone round in circles!
I am able to get the form 210 from official site but it appears to be exactly the same as the old one ie 7 pages long and not what the posts here say. Is this the correct form?
Also when filling in the base imponible figures it changes the format of them.
Should I let the form "do" the figures even though it seems to be wrong? or print the forms (all 7 pages x 2 for husband and self) off and fill by hand with my own figures?
Any help on this would be much appreciated as I'm running out of time.

First you decide what version of the OS you're running then you pick a Browser that has be "tested" and know to work ...mostly

For me ...Windows 7 32bit SP1 and Palemoon 12.3 works. Get link for Form 210 from FAQ's .

The easiest are Firefox or Palemoon one line change( see FAQ's) and you're good to go.

You can always go back to your favourite Browser once the form is done......
