Literal translation is "It has dropped itself." However, due to the way Spanish expresses the passive voice, it doesn't mean that.
It actually means "It has been dropped" or "It got dropped".

yes i know the exact translation, but i tend to just change what i say into my way of thinking, i never translate the exact words, that doesn't work for me.
