Electrical Technician Axarquia Required

Many thanks for the comments re my apparent earth problem. I now need to find a GOOD Electrical Tecnnician in the Axarquia. Does anyone have any recommendations? I really do not want the type of person who up to last month was picking olives or tending the goats.
I would be grateful for recommendations.
