Keeping Cool in Spain...

OK..So we have air-con in our principle rooms and plenty of electric fans and our old Punkah Wallah sat in the corner.

But our Spanish friends use some quite cheap and effective ways to keep cool...

Place a large bottle of frozen water just in front of an electric fan...provides a few hours of cooling air...

Keep a small fine spray bottle of chilled water in the fridge, spray your face and stand in front of a fan...instant coolness !

Soak a towel in water----Then place in your freezer for an hour, remove and then wear like a turban..

And I'm sure there are many more ways of keeping cool ?????
