Hi
Would anyone be able to give us some pointers on interpreting our electricity bill from Iberdrola? We took over the supply from the previous owners and whilst showing a good downward trend in usage each month, it would be good to understand the bill better.
1. Is there a way of telling which tariff we are on easily from the bill? This assumes there are different tariffs.
2. What is the difference between 'potencia facturada' and 'energia facturada'.
3. Any other obvious things we should look out for?
My Spanish is not up to an in depth conversation with Iberdrola on energy tariffs so any help would be much appreciated.

You can get your bills, emails etc in English - can't remember how I did it, but you can certainly change the language on the website at the top of the home page (drop down menu)
