Went to our house in Frigiliana last week for the first time since January.
Found out that we have had a Smart Meter installed - have also found out we need to increase our Potencia - lost count of the number of power trips....anyway contacted both Fenie Energie and local Agent but no response to email.....does anyone know of any other email address for Fenie Energiea other than their [email protected]
Want to make sure when we go back out in 5 weeks we can use the multitude of electrical devices that we have !!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How come you are not with Endesa? Did you change over or did a previous owner do it?

Hi we were advised to do a tactical change by our lawyer to retain power as the house was a complete renovation including all new electrics and they were concerned that if inspected we ended up with no electricity. Don’t know how correct this was but when you are organising from a distance seemed plausible.
Lawyer provided a great service so we trusted him.

If your Lawyers recommended them, I should get the lawyers to sort it out.

If the house has had "all new electrics" then it should be able to pass an inspection for electrical safety. No need to change suppliers. Also if you need an increase in potencia then the supply company will need to see the bolletin, electrical test certificate , before they increase the potencia.Johnandali wrote:Hi we were advised to do a tactical change by our lawyer to retain power as the house was a complete renovation including all new electrics and they were concerned that if inspected we ended up with no electricity.
