Shops closed January 21st?

I notice Mercadona and Lidl in Algarrobo are closed Monday 21st. January but can't see anything on the web as to why?

Must be some local, to Algarrobo, holiday.
Not aware that it is general holiday.

It's for the Fiesta de San Sebastian, only celebrated in a few towns.
